I wrote about 2 weeks ago complaining about inaccuracies in DSTV's Dish/on screen programme guides suggesting they employed a proof reader. They acknowledged receipt and said they would revert shortly. To date nothing.

Best regards,
It's now the 6th and Dish hasn't arrived. There's another complaint. I'll keep a diary of misinformation and keep you posted.

Dish eventually arrived on te 16th. By then, half the month gone and Christmas visits etc meant little TV. But today, the proof reading was as ever...totally unreliable. Michael Buble, (p.82 and 78) Christmas . a big ad in colour, announces start time as 15h00. So I missed it. It started at 10h30 !
Just as well I checked the Royal Variety Performance which starts later than that advertised.
That's my proof reading. How about getting yours into gear?

We apologise for the delayed response.
Please be aware that the programme on the magazines is printed three months prior to the distribution, hence the times have changed.
For this reason, we highly recommend that you check an updated channel information by pressing the TV Guide button on the remote control or visit our website- www.dstv.com.
Thank you for your feedback and please feel free to contact us should you have any queries.

Absolute nonsense. If Dish is printed 3 months ahead, how come it invariably arrives late almost every month? We can blame the PO for many things but even they don't take 3 months to deliver (Strikes excepted) I can understand sport changes, not that these are covered, but programmes should be well fixed ahead of printing. Therefore how about tying up the programmes printed before the Guide or the website? Surely this makes more sense?

I submitted the above comment almost 2 weeks ago. No reply. As is the normal case, Dish magazine has not yet arrived as at 10.01.17
