DSTV Processing Unauthorised Debit Orders

DSTV has once again has processed an unauthorised debit order on my account! As a result i was charged bank fees and this affects your credit rating.

I am so sick and tired of multichoice either double debiting my account or processing unauthorised debit orders. I was on the price lock a few years ago and my account would be double debitted so frequently.

I pay my account via EFT and my account was still was **********ly debitted.

I've called multichoice several times and all I get is we will log this call and someone will get back to you. No one has called me in 4 weeks.

I sent DSTV an inbox message on facebook and was told to send the query to help@dstv its been 4 weeks and still no respone.

I require a letter for my bank stating that this was an unauthorised debit order and to refund the bank charges on my account.

I will be canceling my DSTV account.

Its becomming more common that people are canceling their DSTV packages and moving towards Netflix and streaming etc. I have Netflix its cheaper and so much better.
