DSTV PROCE LOCK SALES TEAM IS FULL OF EMPTY PROMISES

I was called on the 03/07/2019 and spoke to Cindisiwe for a price lock package deal of roughly R590. tthe decoder was delivered a week later, however its the 15th today and no one has called me for installation. Ive called ***, *** and *** only to wait almost 15 minutes without anyone picking up the phone. I will not pay for anything that's not installed or activated. No voucher was received as explained to me for the installation. I will gladly take the decoder back to the nearest DSTV store as it has not been used yet AND I DONT INTEND TO WASTE MY MONEY WITH GETTING MY OWN INSTALLER AND PAYING FOR IT OUT MY OWN POCKET. Service is disgusting. But you quick to call us non stop to be indebted to you with your products. Pity you cant maintain the same standard after taking all our details for your sales records and targets. IM SO ****ED AND UTTERLY ANNOYED BY DSTV's EMPLOYEES AND INCOMPETENCE
