Dstv probleme since upgrade of their systems

My name is leonora stander. I'm reporting dstv on behave of my mother in law. On the 22/7 we phoned to report a fault on the pvr, because we could not take the machine in for repairs, due to the system upgrade and witbank still being offline. They advised us to deactivate the account so that we wont pay for time not used. We re-activated the account on 3/8 because we got a new machine on that day. 26/8 we phoned as the dstv did not work and they said the account was in arrears and must pay we asked the amount and was told that we were wrongly billed and they took off 349.50 and said the balance was 1068.65 and we paid that. We have relieved an sms for that. We sent an sms again to check the balance before we pay and again it was different, we phoned again and no changes was on record of the system. It goes on for sometime after that. The last sms we got that we must pay 2397.88 before 27/9. This is the last on, we keep on battling with it, not all the details are on here. You can phone me on ***. They say the account is every time so high because my mother in law does not pay on the 7th, she pays before the date, is that a crime?
