Dstv pro data that they don’t inform their customer

I register my account last month but however i didn’t pay because i could not find the installation guy around me now i am told that i have to pay 600 it includes pro data. One thing that i know if I fail to pay the account you close my view now what are charging that i did not see this day light *******. The lady didn’t inform me about pro data but now I have to pay it. I am a new customer but this treatment is wrong
