DSTV PRIZE LOCK (*****)

I app**** for a price lock contract on the 29th June 2019 which was approved. The consultant from DSTV advised me that the delivery will take place within 72 working hours which did not. I called the call center to enquire about that and I was told that a person from the prize lock Department will contact me. I waited for another 24 hours still no call back. I called again on Saturday the 05th of July where I advised the call center agent that I am no longer interested on the contract and that it should be cancelled. I was told that an agent will contact me within 24hrs, still no contact. I called on the 08th of July where another consultant told me that they delivered and there was nobody at home, where I was told that I will receive a tracking number upon delivery and a phone call? I called again today where I was told that the prize lock department does not have a contact number They will escalate my request for cancelation to a team leader who will refer to prize lock( WHAT THE HELL) The service is terrible and unprofessional. I want my contract cancelled ASAP. DSTV IS FULL OF NONSENSE!!!
