dstv prise lock bad service

dstv prise lock is the worst entertainment ,i cant get hold of them for 5 weeks and nobody can help me at dstv to cancell my priselock of lack of service ,please help because there numbers dont work and dosnt respond to email or anay ather ways .just want to cancell help me please
