dstv prise lock

im trying to get hold of them for a week to apgrade my pacadge to premuim or cancell it after this strugle but no one calls back or answer the numbers i phone .dstv tells me prise lock is not there department to help me but they sell the **** to people .please what must i do (gust keep paying for no service)
