Dstv prices lock

I was on price lock for 20 something months no one has bothered to remind us they decided to disconnect my service and force me to pay R380.

I called and spoke to a call from price lock department who seems to be clueless he kept on saying banking details are incorrect. Even when I tried to explain that the account is under my wife but I'm then one who's paying it.
