Dstv pricelock unprofessional and messed up

Since we changed to dstv pricelock a few months ago, the problems are never ending. Every second or third week they switch of our package for no reason. Our bill is paid in full but they keep disconnecting us. And then we have to phone them numerous times with no success and it takes 2-3 days everytime to get it fixed again. They switch it off again yesterday afternoon, and after 5 calls and 2 visits to multichoice office in town, its still not on. Getting fed up with pricelock with their unprofessionalism and lack of support to fix the problem. The phone calls are starting to cost more than my package every month to sort out their mess.
