DSTV Pricelock team PATHETIC!!!!!
I app**** for the R899 price lock over a month ago. After NUMEROUS escalations just to get my application submitted, they scheduled installation in 2 weeks time at 8am the morning. 10am that day they still have not pitched and when enquiring the installer, they sent my decoder to JHB and I don't even live there. Now no-one can give me answers or advise as to what is going to happen. Every time I contact them, the "escalate my query with highest priority" and promise to phone me, then NEVER DO! Struggling over a Month just to get DSTV installed?? Do they not want my business?
