DSTV PRICELOCK ****

I just recently opted for price lock and my new decoder was installed on the 29th August and connected with no hassle, The problem I have is that my acc has been double charged...Multichoice made 2 debit orders on my account for different amounts the one amount is R527.97 and the second amount is R543.74 this was not communicated with me whatsoever and they are not making it clear what the amount are for and the other thing now when I check my account on the self service it shows an amount of R291.26 that is due on the 30/09/2020. How is this going because from my knowledge and what I was told when I sign up for the price look is that I will be paying R569 every month for a period of 2 years without price increases. Can someone please help me get this issue resolved otherwise I would like to cancel the price look and go back to my old subscription, this is a total ******* I am not happy as a new customer to this price lock and I see I have just fell for the multichoice ****
