Dstv Pricelock Ripoff

I have had issues with my Dstv 2A Explorer from the first month of my Price Lock contract. It started freezing especially when playing recorded shows or after pausing, but now even on watching live tv. I have called Multichoice callcentre over 30 times, I have taken it to the Multichoice shop over 10 times. All they do is reset or reboot it. On those occasions they replaced it, they gave me a refurbished unit that ended up with the same issues! I have asked for a replacement newer model but to no avail!
