DSTV pricelock plan

I app**** for price plan lock till today 3 months back, i have called emailed, went to their walk in centers still no help no delivery but my account was debited for something that was never delivered to me till date I am waiting but no feedback whatsoever, I am the one who needs to call and check progress this has been really frustrating for me. Poor service.why cant tgey for once comeand installed what i app**** for and was approved. When i track my decoder the installer would tell me something else. Its a mess
