Dstv pricelock pathetic customer service

They phoned me with a better price lock deal 2 months ago and never activated it. Spoke to linda magongo 1 oct again and she supposedly activated the better deal... Ha ha... No surprise.. Still nothing activated... Pathetic... Contact centre just escalates my queries every time and no one can do the job.... Uselesss.
