Dstv pricelock nightmare

I recently signed up for pricelock. I was told that I would get a decoder, wifi connector,free installation which includes a new dish and smart Lnb. I got the decoder and wifi. Now when I contacted the installers as provided I am told that I can simply plug in the decoder into my existing installation and it will work. No free installation, no new dish nothing.

Should have canceled my subscription. Deeply unsatisfied.
