DSTV Pricelock Mess!

I signed up for the DSTV price lock Package for R799 per month for 24 months. the agent explained that there is no other costs. The Explora was installed on 12 August. I get debited with R1043.00 on 1/09. I get debited with R904 on 01/10. There is no statement on the app for August. And the statements due amount to not corresponded with any of the debits on my account. I called the Call Centre during September, spoke to an agent that had no clue but logged the query. I received no feedback what so ever. I logged the query on WhatsApp and Messenger again on 2 October. With no replies whatsoever. I have been a Multichoice customer for longer than I care to remember, and this service has been absolutely shocking. As a customer I feel **** to and that money has been taken from me without authority. I will next log a complaint with ICASA.
