DSTV pricelock loading decoder without my permission

DSTV pricelock loaded extra decoder on my name which I do not own without my permission. This happened last week. I am now paying for someone else to watch DSTV. Had to pay extra R1040 last week just to keep my DSTV on.

Sent 3 mails to pricelock. No call from them to rectify their mistake. This is *****.

Last reference I received when mailing them was ***.

Cant call them they don't answer their phones.
