DSTV Pricelock Lie -*********** Accounts Department

I am so dissapointed in DSTV; we on pricelock and have been debited incorrectly for the 2nd time now. The refund/credit of the 1 month has still not been processed; again this month another incorrect debit order went off. This is very dissapointing as an agreement was put into place for pricelock yet you rob us every month and keep making empty promises to correct this error but it seems like its never going to be resolved, Im getting fed up with with you *********** people now. The package of R899 for the promotion was agreed on yet you keep debiting over R1000 every month now. PLEASE SORT OUT MY ACCOUNT!!! I HAVE HAD ENOUGH NOW!!!!!! Give me back my money
