Dstv pricelock is *******

My husband Mojalefa Lucky Tsakale decided to sign up with pricelock ever since that happened they have been switching off our services say he owes a certain amount, once he pays they switch it back on for like a week or two then require him to pay more money, whenever we request them to email us our statements we never get them but they promise to do so all the time. Agents from dstv multichoice attend to us with no help all they do is give us contact numbers for pricelock which never work or tell us they are escalating the call and people from pricelock will contact us. This has been going on ever since we signed up with Dstv pricelock and now it really is annoying we have allowed it to go on for so long. We need help
