DSTV Pricelock *****

I have a Pricelock deal from DSTV, and all was well for 8 months then a debit for R1034.90 instead of R784.00. I phoned before the debit order ran to clear up the problem and got a ref no ***-I130 and the promise that it would be sorted out. However the debit ran in full. I phoned again and got a Case no" ***-C1 and the promise of a solution and a call back in 3 days. No response whatsoever, and the next debit will be over R900 which is also wrong and also excessive. So I phoned again and got the promise that an"e-mail"had been sent and there would be action. but there is no ref no for e-mails.... so no proof. Result Beware DSTV does not honour there own contract and simply take whatever they want. Pricelock does not mean pricelock! Please be careful when dealing with DSTV.
