DSTV Pricelock

DSTV Pricelock is a ****. I pay monthly via EFT and monthly I get disconnected. You can't speak, email or call Pricelock. What are they hiding for? They give you a SMS number. The SMS number calls back telling me that he is putting me through (call center) and then I must ask for the Billing department. The call center is not able to put you through. Pricelock again untouchable. The Whats app number can't help. The *120 number can't help and now since yesterday the Call center can't reconnect Pricelock customers. I am disconnected for the third time this month. every time they re-connect me they charge R50. Why must I pay a re-connect fee for their mistakes? I am approximately disconnected 4 days per month. This month almost 7 days. Multichoice is going down the drain like the SABC. Their systems are often slow, then they must refresh and then I get cut off. You can't even talk to a Team leader. They poor telephone operators are getting all the trouble. The systems of DSTV is often down and then you must call back.
