DSTV PriceLock - DSTV not sticking to its promises

I tried to activate price lock on the 1st of April after getting informed that my previous pricelock is coming to an end, i was then informed that i could not do it immediately i needed to wait until the 1st of May to activate and i asked will the price remain as informed and i was informed as such however come to today i am now being told that the price has changed and whatever i was told was a lie
