DSTV PRICELOCK ****************

This is my case- I was a compact plus customer paying R519 per month, DSTV sent an sms offering me a price lock option including my compact plus package for R649-00 per month for 24 months, I then accepted the offer and asked them for an extra explorer that I can use in another room for extra view, they provided me with one for R49-00 per month and they notified me that I will pay extra R95-00 for extra view. All in all i'm supposed to pay R793-00 but in July DSTV charged me R1610-40 which they cant explain up to so far, in August they charged me R1272-00 which they cant explain as well , now my account is sitting on R1318 now. I've been calling for the past 3 weeks regarding this but with no help, yesterday when I locked into my dstv self service I noticed that DSTV is charging me the same ammounts on both explorers of which is wrong because I asked for extra view not Price Lock on the two Explorers. My DSTV customer number is ***0. I want to warn people about PriceLock deals these people are robbing poor citizens of their last penny they maintain their families with.
