DSTV PRICELOCK

Am so angry with DSTV, I signed up for price lock and the decoder was delivered to me. An installer was also allocated but the tv did not work the whole weekend and when I called them they kept saying they will escalate the issue. I downloaded the app only to find the my contract says its pending so now I must wait for the Price lock department which does not work on weekends to assist me. Am beyond angry right now.
