DSTV Pricelock - application process - Bad service

I was interested in taking up a Compact plus pricelock and enquired on sunday, on Monday they called and they did their credit checks , requested my details and everything was captured and it was approved , now that i am following up the facebook team just told me my application was not even completed and they tried calling me , bare in mind they called yesterday i spoke to a lady that told me everything is fine now my application has not even gone through , this means this will not be delivered anytime this week , i am highly disappointed ,if they didn't want me to join multichoice then they should have told me not to bother i've already wasted so much airtime , i do not understand how nothing has been captured, when were they even planning on delivering it to me ,, i keep calling contact center and i cannot get through to a Pricelock agent , i am soooo frustrated
