Dstv pricelock a trap

I hav dstv price lock which i took out in 2017 i wish someone told me the nightmare i was getting into myself. They cannot control their systems that keeps blocking me and doesn't matter how much i pay today il owe R3000 nd tomorrow il owe R1050. Im sick of it and i waste time and money to call them for them to tell me about the systems. They do not understand this *****lock demon they created and now its a problem for us all
