We app**** for pricelock and it’s been a nightmare since,this is the fourth month.

1.We received our decoder after a month,when it was supposed to come in 7 days 2.We get charged different amounts everymonth 3.Today four months later we have been told that our pricelock wasn’t activated. 4.The whole experience has been a nightmare
