Dstv pricelock
I usually take dstv pricelock deals but today I wanted to find out when my pricelock is ending on which I was told that I still has 18 months left on my pricelock contract but I know for a fact that I did not speak to anybody in march 2020 to renew my contract I actually wanted to renew it now because I am moving house and wanted a new decoder but now they say that I still has 18 months left because I did the upgrade over the phone in March but I never did that this year. They said I can listen to the recording but I have to go to an agency to do that , and the person told me she would get somebody to call me back. I have been a dstv subscriber for a long time and are very disapointed with this.

01 Oct 2020, 07:25Well I want to know who spoke to me because I did not speak to any agent to renew a pricelock contract so I dont know how you expect me to pay money to cancell a contract that I did not give permition for then you say you can give the recording to listen to but I have to go to an agent to listen to it I think I must just pay the money and cancel dstv for good the whole lockdown we paid full price but had to watch stuff over and over and then my pricelock contract get renewed by somebody thats not me really dissapointed in dstv service we are paying a lot of money but not for this x rated service
