Dstv pricelock

I decided to go for the dstv pricelock. My worst mistake ever. Iv had endless problems from day one. First I was told that I needed to pay extra for the pvr services but was never told of this. I'm having problem after problem with my debit orders. I was told I could use the dstv app to check my account. Useless. I call in and never get the right feedback. No training given.I'm so fed up of this and wish I can cancel. I would not advise any of my friends and family members to go for this deal.
