DStv pricelock

After pricelock deal was activated on a account the account was every month R2500 and advert says I'm supposed to pay R959. After endless calls to call center that escalate the issue pricelock never return calls months have passed and I'm still stuck and have to spend money on a much higher subscription and calls average 30min every second day.
