DStv Price Log Drama

I don't understand how Dstv operate,I have been using them for many years and recently I decided to give a price log a chance but heey what a horrible lies am I getting from Durban branch in Anton lembede Street. When I requested Price Log at that branch I was told to wait for black friday as the will be a special,black friday has come and gone and they have send me from point A to Z and I waited for calls that are just not coming,I was given SMS number that also no one has responded to. Dstv is taking south African for granted and we are paying lot of money for ******* because we want sports as our leagues are signing deals with these incompetence company. Multichoice is forcing Mud down our throats,I have spent so many hours on the phone trying to get price Log but they make it look so easy on tv,is it false advertising? I think so. I was advised to downgrade to get price Log and now I have no tv because it seems price Log is just a ghost that my family Will here about it.
