DSTV PRICE LOCK - WORST

I am appalled by DSTV service, on the 08th of Nov 2019 i received a call from DSTV price LOCK department to do a price lock on my account. i made the worst mistake anyone can ever do by accepting the price lock. I have been on Xtra view for a yr now but since this price lock deal my other decoder is always giving me an E143-0 ERROR. i have been to the DSTV Karenpark agent and they too can not help. when i trued to cancel the price lock no one can help. the call centre people are even the worst. they are the most unprofessional bunch i have ever interacted with. all of the ladies i spoke to from Enrico to Thabisile could not help me at all. all they keep telling me is that they have escalated my query. if you are concidering to do a price lock on your account pls don`t this would be the worst decision ever. n
