DSTV PRICE LOCK... WARNING OF CONS..

Price lock consultant called me about 2 weeks ago and offered me a "good " deal that would include a new decoder for 49.00 and would cost me R439. 00 per month which substantially less than i was currently paying.. I called another consultant about a week later and asked to confirm what i was to pay he told me 448.00. I was then charged R548. 00 and they deny that i was offered a deal at 439.00... They do mot answer my many emails only once and that was to rudely state i chose the wrong package.. I didn't choose i was sold a package by a consultant i agreed to the price she offered. Dstv will not honour that price.. Eventhough the second person confirmed it and gave me a reference number. They are con artists.. This is not the first time this has happened.. I have heard a number of complaints. I feel ********** and do not trust them as they now dont acknowledge what i was sold. I want them to cancel it all.
