Dstv price lock useless

Wow. This is my second review about dstv multichoice. Please read my first complain n listen 2 all recordings. All u guys do is call n promise 2 resolve n each time I get promises from different people. I m just tired of this. And I m a debit order paying customer month on month and on premium for 3 years consistently n yet I m treated like I don't pay at all
