Dstv Price lock ******* BEWARE

Dstv price lock BEWARE!!! I took out price lock beginning of Oct 2019. The package is supposed to be R899 pm. I paid R940 for my existing package. They installed middle Oct 2019. 3 days later my new dstv was blocked. I phoned the contact centre and they said I need to pay an extra R840 no idea what for. I paid that and last week in Oct I stopped at the Dstv office and enquires what my debit order will be beginning of Nov 2019 would be. They said R1700 and I asked why as price lock is R899 and instalation was free. They said they don't know I need to phone the contact center. I have phoned them numerous times and they said the only people that will be able to assist is the finance dept but they don't have a telephone number and they will phone me back. Its been 4 days later they stole my money and no one is coming back to me. When I said I want to cancel this price lock **** they said then I have to pay the full 24 months to exit. They are *****ing my money be careful and please don't take out price lock its a ****.
