Dstv price lock ....still waiting after several calls , for the to call me back

<p>I am so angry right now, i have requested the dstv price lock on several occasions and I'm still waiting for them to call me, i never met another company that is so inefficient in my life, when the promise customers to do the something they need to keep up to there word. If they are so backlogged do something about it ,there thousands of people jobless, mayb if u can get some of them they can help with the backlog,... I can not even begin telling u guys how much airtime as well as my time wasted jus on w8n for a call. Don't take on big jobs if u cannot handle the pressure, been a client of dstv for over 10 years mayb and to get this type of treatment is jus unacceptable. I'm very dissapointed with the service.</p>
