DSTV price lock - STAY AWAY

This is now again that I need to Report Multichoice DSTV price lock with pathetic service. i reported an issue with my DSTV Price log account more than a month ago. What frustrates me the most is the only way to communicate with those idiots is VIA email as there is no contact number. When the general call center is being called all they can tell you is that the will inform the necessary department.

I signed up for a price lock package for R900 and ever since i signed up the monthly deduction is never what i signed up for. almost 2 months have now passed and im still waiting for answers. i have sent numerous emails to the email address *** & *** that was provided and all you get back "AUTO RESPONSE Hi there,

I was even called to advise me my account is in arrears and advised the person who called me to wake up and get Multichoice to call me regarding my account as i will not pay more that what i signed up for.
