Dstv price lock sign up for your own risk

I signed a contract with Dstv price look this year in April when they had that promo of R499 for Compact + R34 insurance everything was going well until in August they debited double the amount, I called more than 5 times and I was told that I will be credited end of Aug came 1st September they debited double the amount again!!! Their price look team doesn't have a direct contact able number whenever you'd call Dstv call center they will tell you that they will escalate to the price lock team and you'd wait forever and they will never call. This is unacceptable and *********.
