As per our telephonic conversation, I have reconciled your account and an amount of R208.56 has to be paid to cover the period 11 January to the 29th of January.

Good day Kagiso

Thank you for resolving my DSTV account and problem. If all staff had the knowledge and helpfulness you had, my problem would have been resolved 3 weeks ago. DSTV, Kagiso is a star and need a increase. Have a wonderful weekend Kagiso.

Good day I saw the ad for Black Friday (R799.00) and decided to apply for this package. I was phoned and went through a verification process and accepted. The deal that I signed up for was the following (Recorded on the box that I received from DSTV) DSTV Explora + DSTV WIFI Connector + Free Delivery + Installation + DSTV Premium & Access fee + Showmax at no extra cost = R799.00 I received my DSTV Package and was excited. That’s where the problems started. I had to eventually pay for the installation of my new DSTV Decoder. On the 20th December 2019 my DSTV was installed, but getting DSTV to switch it on was another problem. After about 600 minutes on the phone with DSTV, we had the enjoyment of the package. I was informed that I had to pay R208.56 to cover the days in December 2019 on the full package, and paid it on 13/01/2020. I was also told that R799.00 will go of my account every month. On 31/01/2020 I was debited with R1 059.00. I Complained and it would be escalated to price lock department. According to the deal with DSTV I was overcharged R260.00. I made several calls to resolve this matter, but escalation was the answer every time. Up to today, not one of the price lock staff contacted me. On 02/03/2020 my account was debited with R1 214.00 (R415.00 over deducted). I returned the debit order and paid over R799.00 as per agreement I received a SMS today 11/03/2020 that my DSTV was suspended due to no payment. Phoned DSTV and after complaining the phone was dropped 2 times (Once Thabisa) Phoned back a 3rd time and spoke to Thambagosi, who will escalate to price lock to switch my DSTV on again. Now I’m sitting without DSTV yet again. I have spent over 800 minutes on the phone since December 2019 to try and sort this out. I also wrote a complaint on Hellopeter.com, with no response – also on Facebook messenger – no response. I have also forwarded a copy of this complaint to ***Please sort out and respond. I think I deserve better service than this. James Wagenaar
