DSTV Price Lock sham

Contacted DSTV to execute new price lock agreement after expiry of existing agreement. Completed pre-approval by telephone. Supp**** all required documentation. One month later and after making multiple follow up calls there is stiil no product delivered. Complete apathy towards me as a paying customer of many years standing.Customer care non-existent and staff devoid of any interest in my case. Only reason these people are still in business is due to a lack of proper competition. Hello anybody out there.....l
