Dstv price lock service is very bad!
Dstv Price lock service is bad! I called Dstv customer line to enquire they told me I can’t get hold of them directly for queries and installation takes forever! I’ve ordered the price lock package on the 5th February 2021 and said they will install on the 12th February 2021 which never happened. I’ve been sending SMSes to their sms number for a callback since they can’t be contacted directly and still nothing! They’re not communicating anything to me.
