"DSTV PRICE LOCK ****"

I have canceled my pricelock plan in April 2020, reason being I was not able to afford to pay for it because of lockdown. I was told that I need to pay for the decoder and gave me an amount of R1230.70. I have paid the amount on Saturday and now being sent from pillar to post. I have sent emails but no replies and they are still continuing to charge me and multichoice says they can't do anything on their side. What is more painful is that you cannot even contact the relevant department.
