Dstv Price Lock ****

DSTV Price lock ( Pro rata charges)

I received a call from DSTV for pricelock and was advised take up the offer and that i would be paying R960 pm. I was then compelled to do the installation with 14days. after the installation my account is now on R1250 almost R300 extra - i am now being told about a pro rata amount etc.. If i did not sign up for price lock my account would still be R980 - DSTV - Pls come remove your pricelock and return my account to normal rate as i am not paying any extra R300 this month due to your call centre staff advising me to do the installation with 14days from the call. This is the false advertising . further to this i had to cancel the insurance off the old device myself - if i did not dstv will continue to bill for a device not in use - even the dstv walker transmitters have been shut down but they continue to charge insurance.

No wonder subscribers are moving to Netflix and other types of subscriptions.
