Dstv price lock ****

So i got price lock, full package R899. The call with the agent, and please go back to the recording i do insist, the agent said once i get my decoder, plus the extra decoder for R49 once off for extra view, an installer will CALL ME within 2 weeks, to install. I asked again, is the installer going to contact me, yes, she said. I dont phone anyone, the installer will. Almost 2 weeks past, then i started calling dstv again, eventually the new agent on the phone said, no, i must phone an installer. Really? So i did and the dstv was installed on 15 october. The installer said at the end of october, dstv will with debit order, take R899 plus the two weeks, from mid october to end october. Suddenly, saturday, our dstv is switched off, due to non payment??? I was informed i have to pay R452 to get it active. So i paid. Then they said i need to pay another 300 and odd rand so i did. Now our primary is on but our secondary decoder is off. And after how many hours on he phone and online since i subscribed to pricelock, its just been the one misinformation and lie to the next. I am fed up!!!! It is *******. I was suppose to pay month end, 899 for november, plus from 15 october to 28 oct. Go back to your recordings. I want a refund for the 2 weeks. And my extra view need to be up and running.
