DSTV Price lock ****

Please stay away from dstv price lock. I’ve been on dstv price lock for the past 12 months and it’s an endless fight when it comes to the billing. Firstly I was billed for Showmax which shouldn’t happen cause I’m on the premium package, not one single month do I get billed the same amount, it’s like a surprise every month. Today I get told by the call Centre manager that I need to pay R95 extra a month for recording and Catchup, ***???? Did I miss something?? The call center agents are useless can’t explain why or how, they will get back to you. For a company that’s got competition left right and centre, they couldn’t be f$&@$& bothered. Very disappointed and will be cancelling!!
