DSTV Price lock *******

I did a Price lock deal with DSTV where they send you a free explorer Decoder, which they did. on Thursday they came to install the system for me and I was told I need to take the decoder in for settings as we had no power because of load shedding, which I did only to be told at the Multi choice offices that the decoder that was sent to me was not registered in my name but someone else's name. I call the call centre and after a long time on the phone and speaking to the supervisor I was assured that they will send me a new decoder today(Friday) and collect the one sent in error. Well after 4 calls today I still have not received the decoder or a call from their price lock department. It does amaze me that they very quick to call you to upsell you for a second decoder but can't even call you to sort out the problem.
