DSTV price lock *******

took out dstv price lock in February 2017 after being explained that the Explora, installation and delivery is free. End February 2019 my contract ends and I'm suppose to roll over back to my premium subscription.

Issue 1 - Multichoice does a debit order of R899(premium subscription) + additional R248. Nobody was authorized to do a debit order as I've always done EFT before the price lock contract. Issue 2 - The overcharge amount R248 believe it or not is for the Explora and Installation after querying it with multichoice agent.

This is thievery as I believe changes was implemented during my on going contract. Don't get caught people. Nothing is for free. Dstv price lock is a *******.
