DSTV Price Lock Poor service

I have received a call today 2019.08.28 by Tabogo, stating that i need to pay R5800 for my DSTV Price Lock, my 24 month was over in May 2019 after receiving a SMS i have phoned DSTV to cancel the month to month service. I have not heard from DSTV again until today. This is so unfair due to i have notified them. Amazing that they will get rude with me, once i have explained to them, and they will answer I do not know. Really not cool :(
