Dstv price lock over charge

I’m so annoyed with Dstv last month I was charged 1000 I usually pay 860 (price lock) because they upgraded my package.this price keeps fluctuating which defeats the purpose of the deal . I checked my dstv app they charged me R560 since they overcharged me the previous month ,yesterday they hadn’t debited (god knows why they took so long ) only to find they Took R880 like what the actual ****. Their consultant gave me assurance that I would be reimbursed for the over charge but clearly not. I can’t wait for this 24 months to end
